Why I joined International Marketing Alliance?

I am Christopher Avelino, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, and a nurse. I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree from the Philippine Military Academy in Baguio City, Philippines; Materiel Management degree from the US Army Ordnance School in Aberdeen, Maryland, and my Nursing degree from Casa Loma College, Los Angeles, CA. For 25 years, I have worked as Administrator of Skilled Nursing Facilities in Southern and Central California and finally retired a few years ago.

In November 2014, I was recruited by Mr. Danny Ventura, the President and CEO (with Malou Ventura, Midwife, RN, and EVP/Administrator) of International Marketing Alliance USA, Inc. who had trained me to become a successful insurance agent. With his sterling leadership, I was able to achieve the highest position in the organization. I started as a field consultant and now a Chairman’s Council.

As I learned the ABC’s of the financial products and services, I realized that I can be of great help to others by protecting their retirement savings from taxes, stocks fluctuation, inflation, investment losses, and grandiose expenditures.

In my drive to help these people, I encouraged my wife, Bernadette, who works as an RN at Alhambra Hospital Medical Center, to join IMA so she can help her fellow workers at the hospital. And indeed, she joined IMA. As an IMA National Sales Director, I aspire to serve the people of California and Nevada with their insurance needs, ensuring the security of their retirement savings.

The financial reward that goes with my position at IMA is more than enough to support my retirement. To top it all, I feel so blessed and contented, knowing that I have helped a lot of people attain a peace of mind. We should always remember that life should be lived fully but wisely. Life insurance can make a big difference to the financial stability of one’s family whenever tragedy strikes.

I am Danilo Carino, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Mapua Institute of Technology and a Contractor in the Philippines. My wife Elsie is an Insurance Advisor of SunLife of Canada for 30 years.

It was actually my wife who knows Mr. Danny Ventura in 2002 while working at IMA as a Financial Advisor. Danny Ventura had some health problem so my wife joined AIG until she retired in 2016.

At first, I was so hesitant to join the financial service industry because my thinking is that one financial advisor in the family is enough, and I have my own non-emergency transportation business and also a dealer of water ionizer.

When Mr. Danny Ventura invited us to attend the IMA conference at the Hilton Hotel in 2016, I was motivated and encouraged by his speech. That was also our first time to meet Mrs. Malou Ventura and my wife was impressed with the way she approached us as the guest. We were invited to attend the business opportunity and product knowledge orientation at the IMA office every Saturday. What impressed me regarding Athene products is that 401(k) can be rolled over at age 59 1/2 without penalties, additional charges, and without risk of losing part of my investment. At the same time, I can educate and help families to have peace of mind during difficult times. Another big opportunity was opened for us because I can build my own business without a big capital investment, earn huge compensation and a residual income. I joined the business and became a licensed Financial Advisor. With the help and support of Mr. Danny Ventura who is a very good mentor and Mrs. Malou Ventura who is very supportive to us and to all the IMA advisors and spouses. They are both an inspiration for me and my wife. With our dedicated service, the book of business, support of our family and friends, clients in the medical field and especially Danny and Malou Ventura we made it to the top. “Never stop dreaming, always think big.”

My name is Rosie Mamaril and my husband’s name is Charles Mamaril. I have an Accounting Degree and worked for 7 years at Johnson & Johnson Inc., Philippines. Our family migrated to the US. On July 1, 2013, after 27 years of service, I retired from the University of California Riverside.

My husband shared to his relative, Chris Avelino, about my Tax-Deferred Retirement 403(b) plan from UCR. Then Chris introduced us to IMA’s Danny and Malou Ventura. After 3 months of review and collaboration with my brother-in-law and some of my friends including Gloria Ortaliza, we decided to roll over our hard earned money. Since then, I can sit down and relax without worrying that my 403(b) will lose any time due to the stock market downturn.

I wanted to share my experience of having my retirement savings rolled over into a guaranteed income stream that will last my lifetime. By sharing I can also help others reach their retirement goals such as guaranteed income, growth in their annuity’s value, and by locking in gains, protections from downside market risk.

I also obtained a Quality of Life (QoL)—Indexed Universal Life — Insurance coverage from AIG at a price I can afford. More people are looking at life insurance for protection, supplemental retirement income, and long term care. QoL Insurance will also provide certain living benefits without additional cost. If you suffer from major illnesses such as a terminal, chronic or critical, AIG will advance a portion of the death benefit to the insured for any purpose that he/she may need.

I took the State of CA Insurance Licensing exam in 2014. Then I started as an IMA Sales Field Consultant & now achieved the position of Chairman’s Council with the help of referrals from family & friends. I’m very grateful to Chris who introduced me to IMA’s CEO & Founder Danny Ventura and wife Malou Ventura, RN, EVP/ Administrator. Thank you very much for all your support.

This is Lito Villarroel. I worked various odd jobs, such as farm worker, newspaper carrier, fast-food worker, taxi driver, messenger, bus driver, tax preparer, real estate and insurance agent, often with two to three jobs at the same time, to support my family. I studied at East Los Angeles College (ELAC) for my Associate Degree in Nursing, graduating with honors (Cum Laude) and three Nursing awards at age 50, at the top of my class and President of the National Student Nursing Association (NSNA), ELAC Chapter. After obtaining my Registered Nurse (RN) license, I worked as a Home Health Nurse and as a Staff Nurse at Metropolitan State Hospital in Norwalk, CA, while pursuing my bachelor’s degree, then my master’s degree in Nursing, both at California State University (CSU), Dominguez Hills. I retired from California State service in October 2016 as Assistant Coordinator of Nursing Services (ACNS), the equivalent of Assistant Director of Nursing in the private sector, because of Danny Ventura, who helped rekindle my desire for the greater good and cause to help cure the “financial” ailments afflicting most people today. And to Malou Ventura, who helped me feel that I belong to a family group working for the common good. I am grateful to Ruben Gamo, whom I recruited into the insurance business more than 25 years ago & who then became like a younger brother to me. He found me after six months of looking and introduced me to IMA, Danny, and Malou. The rest is history, which I will continue to write with renewed purpose.

I am Annabelle Juezan, a retired paralegal from the County of Riverside. My husband, Romeo Juezan, is a retired United States Navy and retired United States Postal Service (USPS) employee. He rolled over his retirement funds from USPS to Wells Fargo Bank for a period of ten years; which funds were adversely affected by fluctuation in stocks and bonds inside mutual funds. We finally decided to seek other options outside the banking industry to get a better yield, if still possible.

We were introduced to International Marketing Alliance USA, Inc. (IMA) thru a friend. We met Danilo Ventura, CEO and Malou Ventura, R.N. & VP/Administrator. Mr. Ventura shared with us his expertise and knowledge about fixed index annuity and related financial products and services. Mr. Ventura introduced to us the reputable and solid companies such as AIG, Royal Arcanum, etc.

Mr. Ventura encouraged and inspired me to learn and study about the financial products and service that IMA offer. I underwent proper and rigid training conducted by Mr. Ventura.

I decided to be a Licensed Insurance Agent and started as a Field Consultant; then eventually promoted as a National Sales Director.

I was and still am driven by a desire to help and serve the people. I feel motivated to pursue this career because I honestly believe that the products are good and legitimate. I spent thousands of hours researching and studying the various insurance products. The seeds of learning were embodied and planted by my mentor, Mr. Danilo Ventura, whom I am honored to have been trained. I learned another field of study that I can master to assist and serve my clients proficiently. I enjoy and am proud of what I do — serving the clients to the best of my ability which is the core of my business career.

I am Conrado Lansang. I was a licensed Accountant in the Philippines for 6 years. I came to the United States and worked and retired at The Los Angeles County Assessors office for 30yrs and 4 months as Ownership Specialist who does transfer of titles of owner's property in Real State and Investigations. I am a Tax Consultant for 47 years.

Majority of my clients are Nurses and Scientists. I was introduced to IMA USA INC in 2016 through the persistence of my wife to go with her to listen to this Sales Presentation that could enhance our retirement money. I made my wife promise not to be sold whatever it maybe. We got to know Mr. Ventura that night my wife was approached by a friend from church. What we saw and heard was interesting and educational. At the end of the presentation, I was intrigued by what Mr. Ventura explained and wrote down on a piece of paper how her money will do better than what she had. I got interested and told that I was sorry I did not bring my statement. He said, to just fax him the statement and he will do the same as what he will do for my wife. As a result of that good experience, my wife, Susan Lansang and I became a Field Consultant and then now promoted as National Sales Director, one of the top position in IMA USA INC helping people specially friends and relatives to have same benefit we are enjoying. No more worries about how long our retirement funds will last.

I am Susan Lansang. I worked at the banking industry for 15 years as junior buyer for equipment and office supplies for First Interstate Bank. Later, I became a Liaison for Executives of the bank and cellphone companies and got involved with the telecommunication systems for the bank. When Wells Fargo bought First Interstate Bank, I took the offered separation package and moved on to the gambling industry at Morongo Casino which is closer to our retirement home. While working for more than 8 years at Morongo I contracted lung cancer and decided to retire. God is so good to me. Part of my lungs with cancer was taken out and I have been cancer free since then. I am in remission with no needed medication. But I must take care of myself to be healthy and avoid cancer.

On April of 2016, my co-lector from church introduced International Marketing Alliance (IMA) USA. She shared that she rolled over her 401K after she interviewed the rep of 3 different investment companies. Finally a friend introduced her to IMA. IMA service a company that carry this product that guarantees income, with growth potential and no downside market risk. I understood that right away because I was exposed to many financial companies before with my own money and never heard of such thing.

My name is Roberto “Bong" Arada, RN at Kaiser Permanente ER. I joined IMA in 2015 in searched for an investment product to secure my love one's future for what life uncertainties in the future. And to my surprised I got more than I hope for, a product that will take care of us on my retirement through retirement savings, living benefits if ever I become ill and security for my love ones when I die. This product is so good that I decided to become an agent and ask Danny to become my mentor. Since then it's history, I share what I know and learned to friends, family and clients I encounter. And in a short period of time, I am proud of my self for what I've accomplished, I'm now a Regional Vice President of IMA. Just like my nursing career, the gratification I get saving lives everyday in the ER is the same when help a client protect their investments and give them a product that helps them and their family during retirement till death and everything else in between. Thank you Danny and Malou for mentoring me and I'm looking forward to helping more people educate them make wise decision for their hard earned money.

My name is Joseph Bello. I used to work with LAUSD for 16 yrs. I am married to Lorena Bello, an RN in L&D at Woodland Hills CA. I met Danny Ventura last quarter of 2012 thru a friend who invited me to his office. When I saw the presentation about insurance opportunity I said to myself if this person ask me $100 to join them, I will go home. Then what happened was the opposite. I made extra money while learning. He showed me how to make extra income by joining IMA USA. To make the story short, I decided to get my license and get appointed to AIG—life insurance you don't have to die to use. I was trained and guided personally by Danny Ventura with his 46 years of experience, which you will not find anywhere. The good things about this business or career is you don't have to force yourself to wake up and go to work. Thank you Danny and Malou Ventura for the life time opportunity at IMA USA Inc.

My name is Jose Delgado featured here together with my wife Gilda Delgado. We both saw a better opportunity to enhance and secure our hard-earned retirement income with this company and venture. On March of 2015, we both joined IMA. The potential of increased and safe income and looming retirement from work has induced us to supplement whatever we will get from employment. The liquidity, safety of the principal investment, and no worries due to secure documentation with contract has solidify our interest and work for more supplemental income in our retirement age and time. We thank our CEO Danny Ventura and wife Malou for allowing us to work with them for a better retirement future. Thanks to all who have brought us to this venture.

My wife and I migrated to the USA in 1977. Our technical backgrounds were in Biological Research – which entails finding ways to discover new sources of antibiotics, cancer treatments, industrial important microorganisms and other technical endeavors. We earned our technical discipline from the University of the Philippines as Industrial Microbiologist and Public Health respectively.

We joined IMA USA through a long time mutual friend and colleague who had been once involved in the Life Insurance industry. He gave us a” bird’s eye view” of the IMA USA organization and encourage us to attend one of the opportunity meetings in the main office in Glendale, CA. In short we were delighted and impressed on the presentation made by the founder and CEO of the organization, Mr. Danilo Ventura. His thorough knowledge, expertise and dedication in the industry is far beyond our expectations, thus we joined his team.

We’ve been retired from our normal jobs 3 years ago, and we’ve been contemplating to help our “kababayans” who are in need to stabilize and explore their financial needs and future investments. The reward is very wholesome, but to witness the metamorphosis on their faces that transforms to excitement, laughter, joy and gratitude is much more rewarding than just the monetary reward.

So far, it has been a rewarding career, and we hope that we can help more families to alleviate their current financial stress to a more stable, fruitful investment and protection.

My name is Margarete Caesar, I am 62 years old and live in Santa Clarita. I have worked as an accountant in various law offices for over 20 years. I am also a Quantum Reflex Analysis Practitioner, mother, and grandmother. In October of 2013 my close friend Shirley Santiago introduced me to International Marketing Alliance. Although I have been close with Shirley for over 30 years, I was skeptical at first about what she was telling me about the business. However, once I was introduced to Danny Ventura and his wife Malou, and heard how they have helped so many people as financial advisors I was drawn in. Danny and Malou have both given me so much guidance and knowledge, and after weeks of training I felt very equipped to start on my own. I joined IMA in order to reach out to people who perhaps needed guidance in regards to life insurance and retirement. I have found that helping people in this way has been so fulfilling, and it has been a blessing to make extra income on the side as well. I am grateful for the opportunity to be involved in a company like this, and hope to continue to share this rewarding experience with others as well.

There are a few things I would like to share with you in regards to the business that sparked my enthusiasm for financial stability. But first and foremost, allow me to tell you about myself. I graduated from PATS School of Aeronautics with a degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. Subsequently, I was hired by Philippine Airlines as an avionics technician. After a brief stint with the airline company, I decided to join my family’s waste management business as an operations manager. The family business provided services within Metro Manila, Philippines. Ultimately, my family finally migrated to the U.S. and as a new immigrant to this country, finding a job was proven to be a tedious task. With some technical knowledge in electronics, I was eventually hired by Motorola as an Electronics Technician. As time went on, I began to notice the decline of Motorola and the increasingly high demand for healthcare. Thus, I decided to give a healthcare a shot, specifically the pharmaceutical department. I landed a job at King Drew Medical Center. However, I decided to retire early while still in search of greener pasture. Coincidentally, a friend introduced me to Mr. Danny Ventura. Hence paved the way of becoming an insurance agent for International Marketing Alliance. The business potential is huge for personal financial gain, but more importantly, guiding clients through their financial planning and life insurance, therefore securing the family’s future and ensuring peace of mind. The satisfaction of being able to help others while at the same time receiving gain proves to be truly gratifying and worthwhile.

My name is Galena (Gal for short). I’ve been married to Joselito Villaroel for almost 46 years. We’ve been blest with three children. We first came to this country 34 years ago during the economic-political crisis that besieged the Philippines in 1985.

With three children (ages 12, 7, and 2) and no marketable skills, I figured we have to do something to survive. I went to the library, opened a reference book on the list of occupations. I looked first on the potential income on the right edge of the page, as when you look first on the price on a menu in a restaurant. Then to the left to see the corresponding entree or in this case, the occupation, then to the center of the page showing what’s needed to prepare for the job. I liked the income of a physician, a lawyer, or an engineer, but I can’t go back to school for another five to ten years. I was 42 with three young children. The situation was urgent. I went further down the page and saw “registered nurse.” The income was decent and required an associate degree (only 2 years ) to be eligible for the board exam. I liked that.

In short I took the prerequisites that summer and was in the nursing program for the next two years. I got accepted at the LA County-USC Medical Center before graduation and started working as an Interim Permittee before the board results came out. I worked for 23 1/2 years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. When I retired at 68, I looked back and saw how blessed we were. All children finished school (no student loans) and went on their own. I should have thought: “mission accomplished”, but no, not yet.

I continued praying, asking how I could thank Him for all the blessings he has given me and my family. The answer came when we were introduced by Ruben Gamo to Danny Ventura, the Founder and CEO of International Marketing Alliance Inc. His more than 46 years of experience and knowledge in this branch of financial service coupled with his untiring effort to share these with us are valuable tools in achieving our goal. Through this organization we would be able to help family and friends preserve what they have worked hard for all their working years. And for the younger ones, show them a vehicle to save for their future while protecting their young family. I feel confident that our clients are getting what’s best for them and because International Marketing Alliance Inc with the companies it is affiliated with, thus far, offers the best programs in the industry.

I am Jaime Benasfre, retired US Navy, graduates of Associate Degree in Computer Networking and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. My wife Emma is a Registered Nurse at Riverside University Healthcare System. I worked for 5 years at Angel Care Pet Hospital as Vet-Assistant. On April 2017, my wife Emma brought up a question to our tax preparer Mr. Conrado Lansang with regards to her annuity accounts that she acquired in 2005. So then he and his wife Susan Lansang took us to Glendale Office and introduced us to Mr. Danny and Malou Ventura, President, CEO, and Founder of International Marketing Alliance (IMA) USA, Inc. Next thing we know and then found out after introducing ourselves that they were good friends of my brother-in-law Raul Bongato and sister Chona Agacer-Bongato in the Philippines who helped us to invest in the Annuity product to Emma back in 2005. So, after hearing and learning new products and different approaches to growing money by doing a rollover and avoid penalties and tax charges. I decided to invest my retirement savings from military service - Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and Emma’s 401(k) from previous job to Fixed Index Annuity that offers great returns and guarantees without the risks of the stock market and the economic downturns which have more advantages to us. We were challenged then to take the Life Insurance Licensure and join IMA, without any doubts or second thoughts we did it because we believe on the products and the company has to offer. Now, We are blessed and thankful that we can be of help in educating other people and share our knowledge and experience in financial planning and investment through the mentorship of Mr. Danny Ventura and my IMA-Inland Empire Team.

My name is Vaila Bernardo, a retired MD, real estate investor, and a Catholic Church advocate. I have been a member of IMA for almost 2 years now. I decided to invest my retirement money with the insurance companies that IMA represents. I found that this is more advantageous for me than the other banking institutions offer, with higher interest (for the lifetime income accumulation), free withdrawal of principal in case of emergency needs, and it is not affected by stock market downturns. Susan Lansang, a friend of mine for 20 years, was the instrument of bringing me in to IMA. Although I was kind of skeptical at first that it took me about a year before I finally met Danny Ventura whom I found to be a genuine humble, business leader, teacher and mentor. I do not mind to be just one of the marketing directors. My aim is to know more about the insurance business and help educate interested families or individual with the pros and cons of the different products of the industry. Commission is the least of my concern. I’m happy when the clients are well informed to make a decision. I want to be a responsible, no nonsense insurance agent and to represent what is true and good for the clients!

My name is Edgar Fortin currently working as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital. It was a great opportunity meeting Mr. Danny Ventura for the first time in May 2018 at Holy Family Grade School in Glendale. Mr. Ventura encouraged and inspired me into joining his Company with the mission that resonates with mine which is optimal self-development and enrichment in order to be able to serve others by inspiring and helping them to do the same. Mr. Ventura is a good leader as well as a mentor.

He inspired me to for fulfill the licensing requirements of the department of insurance. Now I’m already a full-fledged agent and member of his reputable IMA company. With Mr. Ventura’s help and guidance, I now have acquired IUL insurances for myself and my wife and annuity roll over as well. I am Ligaya Godoy Pascua 30 years ICU RN at Kaiser Permanente Hospital. My husband Fermin V. Pascua is a Retired USAF and a retired Laboratory Scientist. I am still working full time with volunteer works at St Christopher Church Moreno Valley for our Lady Perpetual Help, Divine Mercy, Cursillo Groups, Lord of Pardon, Knight of Columbus for my husband and serving the Eucharistic Ministry. When I heard about IMA 6 years ago, I told the person that I am active with WFG and I planned to go to TransAmerica for rollover later. She tried hard to get me in, but I told her “I don’t want to be scammed.” My husband was reading a book regarding retirement, investment, IUL (Indexed Universal Life). I wasn’t paying attention to what he was trying to share. Sister Rosie Mamaril had mentioned about IUL retirement one day, that got the attention of my husband and he kept on nagging me to go with Sister Rosie’s invitation to listen to Glendale. Just to please him, we decided to make an appointment but had given him words that I won't make a decision right away so expect that I may not be in, which is an effect of the scam I’ve been hearing.

We met Sir Danny and wife Malou Oct 10, 2019. As we were in the process. I could feel that I was in the right place, right time, with the right people and the right company. I found out that this is the place where I was been invited 6 years ago. Without any doubt, I signed in and rolled over my 30 years hard earning 401k. My mind was sparkling with a lot of plans on how can I bring in my own family, my friends, who are closed to my heart. The plan is to brighten in with a strong belief in the company and what it offers.

Prayers were answered, I called my brother in law Joe Pascua who shared the book to my husband with excitement in strongly desire to meet Sir Danny Ventura and wife to learn more about the business. I shared it with my friend at works. My husband and I had formed a group, a total of 5 members for training, took 52 hours right away. We passed the State of California Insurance Licensing Exam on 11/18/2019.

We are so proud to be working with the IMA licensed producers, professionals, experienced, reputable people with good and LEGITIMATE products.

Our mission in life is to continue our service to others, to share the various insurance products to protect their hard-earned retirement savings.

Our great appreciation to Sir Danny and Malou Ventura for having us under your umbrella.

I am Gloria C. Fernandez and my husband's name, Ernesto C. Fernandez. We are both physicians by profession back from the Philippines. I worked in the Philippine government at the Dangerous Drugs Board that operates on national policies on drug abuse for twenty (20) years. We migrated to U S A in March 2006. Both my husband and I worked as Dialysis nurses here in U S A for eleven years (11) until I retired in 2017 at the age of sixty-seven (67). We were introduced to International Marketing Alliance USA, Inc. (IMA) through a friend, Susan Lansang. We had the opportunity to meet Danilo Ventura, CEO and Malou Ventura, RN, and VP/Administrator. After listening to the fascinating and very informative presentation of Kuya Danny as we call him, my husband and I did not have any doubt to rollover our 401K. Mr. Ventura shared his forty-six (46) years of experience and expertise in investments and other financial endeavors for that matter including fixed index annuity.

I was inspired and motivated by Mr. Ventura to join IMA as a Licensed Insurance Agent with the passion and the desire to help people, who I believe at this point in time, many are not yet knowledgeable and aware, of the many benefits that a person can gain and enjoy in various insurance products, to wit, guaranteed income, growth potential, protections from downside market risk, and living benefits without additional cost.

It is our hope and with ardent prayers, that in the near future, with the exemplary leadership and unbounded dedication of Mr. Ventura through IMA, many more people would benefit and enjoy financial stability, and peace of mind in their retirement years.

I am at present a Marketing Director at IMA and I thank Mr. Ventura and his beloved endearing wife, Malou for all the help and support, which made me feel that I belong to a family, like what the rest of us feel who joined International Marketing Alliance (IMA) USA, Inc and its advocacy.
